Great shoe with the right fit

I have run in Kayanos for the past 5 years and each year I nervously try the new model only to find it is as good if not better than the last. I read quite a few reviews for the Kayano 15 and I was more nervous than ususal because there were a few comments about a new feel the effect of the different lacing pattern on the toe box etc. I have now been running in 15s for the past few months and I can safely say that for me these shoes are as good if not better than the 14s. I have not noticed any discomfort and this shoe seems to fit me just a bit better than the 14s. A shoe review is certainly subjective and no shoe seems to fit everyone the same way but I'm 6'0" and 195 and I run moderate distances on a weekly basis and the fit and stability of the Kayano 15 has been perfect for me. I just hope I can say the same for the 16s when I need to replace my 15s later this year!



Update (9-4-09) Just a brief update. I can confirm my earlier comments and recommendation for the 15. The shoe has worn very well and I never experienced any issues with them. I increased my mileage over the past couple months (training for marathon) so I can report that they are just as effective for me at short distances as they are for long.More detail ...

Fine pair of shoes

I just got these shoes recently and they look better in person than they do in the photo(s).



Wearing these shoes have been a delight they're very light weight and comfortable and thats important to me since I'm on my feet most of the day. Had the opportunity to use them mountain bike riding and they were just as comfortable. No doubt they are as versatile as that a unique trait in shoes these days

Great court shoes

I started playing racquetball regularly against my much younger and stronger/faster brother in law. The quality of this meat is very good. It is also convenient. It tastes simply like cooked ground hamburger. You also get alot. That is there are no fillers. When you open the can you'll see the congealed fat the meat and some juice. If you are health conscious you can easily scoop off the fat. You could also use it all as-is for added flavor.
